The ministry of WFEN is focused on two main areas of inspiration. First is teaching and preaching that is faith-based in the absolute authority of the Word of God. The second is on music that is vertical, praise and worship music that primarily brings honor and attention to Jesus Christ. This unique programming is designed to build faith in God and inspire worship to Jesus in the hearts of the listener.

WFEN has been operating since 1990 and is a listener-supported ministry reaching the Rockford, Illinois area with 88.3 FM and the Madison, Wisconsin area with translator station 103.3 FM.

Fred Tscholl

Station Manager
Fred has been Station Manager at WFEN since 1991. A graduate of Brown Institute in 1972, he has enjoyed a career in radio ever since. Weekday mornings begin with his familiar voice bringing life changing, anointed, Word-oriented Christian radio to listeners everywhere.

Kathy Tscholl

Station Secretary
Kathy enjoys working alongside her hubby, Fred, joining him on the air for a short time just before 8:30 each weekday morning. She utilizes her office skills behind the scenes to help everything run smoothly.

Rachel Dillaman

Announcer
Rachel Dillaman is the wife of Luke and the mother of 3. She enjoys playing the guitar, singing, writing songs, drawing, painting, scrap-booking and sewing!  Rachel hosts two hours of music, Monday through Friday on WFEN.

Pete brings over twenty years of professional experience with his gifted voice announcing the morning songlist. He is dedicated to offering his talent for God’s glory, and also has a special place in his heart for fine coffees and anything chocolate.
